There are generally 2 ways to watch your VR movies.
Downloading VR porn requires a fair amount of patience and storage space because the files are large, often over 10GB. If you choose this option, you will find that your VR device, depending on its internal storage, will fill up at some point. So it is handy to have a PC nearby or at least an external hard drive if you plan to download a lot.
Downloaded content is something I do recommend in most cases. First of all, you own the movies forever and often the quality is better and the playback less problematic. On the other hand, you need to have a lot of storage space.
If you are going to stream VR porn you will need to have a fast and stable Internet connection. You stream a movie directly from a website. So basically you watch the movie directly on someone's website. The same principle as putting on a Netflix movie at home, on the TV.
Considering good VR porn movies have high resolution, this can result in "stuttering" during "live" viewing on a Web site. Or the movie may even automatically adjust to a much lower resolution. Which is a huge waste of course if you have good VR glasses!
So our advice: Always try to download the highest quality movies and only stream them if you can't help it.

Option 1: Streaming
- Start your Meta Quest 1, 2, 3 or Pro
- Open the Meta web browser.
- Find a video that appeals to you on your website of choice
- Press "Play" and then select "Accept" to allow WebXR when the popup appears when the video first loads.
- Make sure the window is fully open.
Option 2: Downloading movies
- Start your Meta Quest 2 or 3.
- Open the Meta web browser.
- Search for a video you like on your preferred VR porn website....
- Download the video using the link the website gives for it.
- Open the TV App, the default video player.
- Find the downloaded video in "Your Media" and choose the 180-degree, 3D viewing option.
Watching VR Porn on the PSVR 1 and 2

- Enable WebXR features by first going to Vision Pro's settings menu.
- Then go to Apps > Safari > Ädvanced > Feature Flags.
- There, enable WebXR Device API, WebXR Augmented Reality Module, WebXR Hand Inputs Module and WebXR Gamepads Module.
- After this, you can play VR videos with a maximum resolution of 4K.

Watching VR porn on an Android phone
Meanwhile, a bit old-fashioned but should you have Daydream VR glasses or the Cardbox set you can easily watch VR videos with your Android phone.
- Download the Cardboard app from the Google Play Store.
- Launch Chrome and navigate to the VR porn website of your choice.
- Play a video.
- During playback, you should see an icon with VR glasses. Tap it.

Watching VR porn on an Oculus Go
Option 1: Streaming
- Open VR in your Oculus Go.

Option 2: Downloading movies
- Open VR in your Oculus Go.

- Choose a video and click the download button.
- Open the Oculus Gallery on Oculus Home.
- Select "Internal storage" and start your video.
Option 3: Sideloading
If you don't want to wait while your videos are downloaded, you can sideload them instead. With sideloading, you download the videos on a PC or laptop first and transfer them to the headset later. Here are the steps:
- Go to your website of choice.
- Connect your Oculus Go to your computer with the USB cable.
- Turn on your Oculus Go and go to VR.
- Choose "Permit" (this will give you access to the Oculus Go's hard drive from your computer).
- Go back to your computer and copy/paste the downloaded video to your Oculus Go's hard drive.
- Wait for the video file to transfer and disconnect your Oculus Go from the computer.
- Go to the Oculus Gallery > Internal storage.
- Select your video and press play.
Watching VR porn on an Oculus Rift (S)
Option 1: Streaming
- Launch Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
- Go to your site of choice.
- Select the VR mode icon (looks like a pair of glasses).
- Accept the request for permission to start VR.
- The Meta Quest Link App should now launch.

Option 2: Downloading movies
The highest quality videos (or anything above 4K), need the HEVC codecs. For the smoothest playback, we recommend purchasing Microsoft's official HEVC codecs. For a free, less powerful alternative, we recommend the LAV Filters DirectShow codecs.
